Human nutrition and health are extremely complicated and unfortunately, medical science doesn't understand all of it.  In addition, the information we provide is on the frontier of  knowledge.  That's why some of what we write here today will turn out to be incomplete  down the road either because of:
  1. Errors in the scientific evidence that we use.
  2. New scientific discoveries.
  3. Our flawed interpretation of the data.
It is inevitable, because knowledge always changes and evolves. Nonetheless, the benefits of a lower carbohydrates, lower processed foods and higher nutrients diet have been tested for millions of years of human evolution and have stood the test of time.

At the same time, many contemporary drugs have been recalled by the FDAllong after causing so much damage.  And it's not surprising given the big money incentives and the low standards for clinical drugs trials.   In addition, researchers often have an unconscious bias towards the desire to discover new things and as a result, much of contemporary medicine relies on fatally flawed research

Well, what can we do about it?  We can eat foods that will keep us healthier for a longer time and avoid unnecessary medications.  To quote Hippocrates, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food".  For a more in-depth look at the premise behind this program, check out the tabs above.
